Sometimes we need to change the actual image size to the size that best fits to our web page or document.
It can be done in Adobe Photoshop.
> Open image in Adobe Photoshop.

> Select Image->Image size.
> Image size window will open.

> In that window check whether both "Constrain Proportion" and "Resample Image" check boxes are selected.
> Adjust the width and height of the image in pixels.

> Hit OK.
> Image size is changed from 600x600 to 350x350. It will look like,
