Bonkheads cheats

Cheat mode (alternate):
Hold one of the following key combinations while clicking on the 
one player or two player icons.

Effect - Key 
Play Thog in single player mode - ~ (tilde)
Level select - [Shift] + [Ctrl] 

Cheat mode:
While playing quickly type any of the following cheat codes 
to activate the indicated cheat effect:

Effect - Code 
Bonus lives - 1amfreetroll 
Faster player - 1amfast 
Level skip - 1amskip 
More TNT - 1amtnt 
Slower pests - 1amslow 

Cheat any level:
Hold down the shift and control keys while clicking on the one or 
two player buttons. Then type the level number you wanna play!
