> To create new profile close thunderbird by file->exit or Alt+F4.
> Go to run command, start->run.
> Type "thunderbird.exe -ProfileManager" as,

> Thunderbird Choose Profile window will open like,

> Select "create profile" and give the name of the profile.
> Hit "finish" button.
> A new profile will be created as "3zqgv3tw.Default User" in the location where you have the thunderbird.
For eg in windows it will be in,
C:\Documents and Settings\[User Name]\Application Data\Thunderbird\Profiles
> Then select "Start thunderbird".
> Thunderbird will be started with the user you have selected in Choose Profile window.

> If you want to use your old profile then select the profile name in "Choose Profile" window and hit "Start Thunderbird".
