A van from Maruthamunai met with an accident yesterday night near Mannampitiya. Seven people were travelling and reports says that only one left and other six were dead. The four bodies were found while 2 people are still reported missing.
The victims were travelling from Kalmunai to Colombo at the time of the incident. Four bodies were recovered and sent to the Polonnaruwa hospital mortuary.

Dr. Aasick and his family were the people who were engaged in this accident. He was working as a doctor in Oman and he visited his home land for his vacation. Also he is the only person who is left from the accident.
